Dnipro airport was destroyed by a Russian attack, said the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration.
According to him, the information about the victims is being clarified so far.
"Another attack on Dnipro airport. There is nothing left of it. The airport and the surrounding infrastructure have been destroyed, but the missiles are still flying," Reznichenko said.
The fact was also responded to by the member of the Verkhovna Rada, Lesia Vasylenko.
"Russia artillery attack on Dnipro airport leaves no infrastructure and destroys everything around the airport. Such a shame, as the airport was completely renovated just last year. All the investments and all the efforts completely wrecked," Vasylenko tweeted.
According to the BBC, the Dnipro airport was attacked by the Russian occupiers earlier too. As Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration said on March 15, a Russian missile strike damaged the terminal building.
