41.9% of Georgia’s adult population fully vaccinated

As of January 21, a total of 2,635,602 vaccinations were administered in Georgia. According to the National Center for Disease Control, 1,315,413 people, 45.8% of the adult population, have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose. 1,202,951 people, 41.9% of the adult population, have been fully vaccinated. Booster shot have been received by 123,087 people.

 

At the same time, 3,698 (2.09%) were fully vaccinated at least 1 dose in 12-15 year olds - 2,553 (1.44%). In adults aged 16-17 years, at least 1 dose of 12,299 (15.17%) has been fully vaccinated - 10,714 (13.21%).

 

7,059 vaccinations were administered on January 20.
