New 8-meter-long Isuzu buses and Ford shuttle minivans will serve passengers in the Georgian capital Tbilisi starting September 21. Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze welcomed the entry of the first new public transport fleet on Tuesday.
Tbilisi City Hall purchased an additional hundred and eighty eco-friendly modern eight-meter-long Isuzu buses and three hundred Ford minivans within the framework of the Tbilisi Public Transport refurbishment project.
The Tbilisi City Hall will supplement the public transport fleet by two hundred buses in 2022. The total cost of the project makes EUR 21,289,768.
