According to Manjgaladze, before the local self-government elections, the Georgian Dream is trying to connect all the opposition parties to one party and offer such a black-and-white choice to the society.

"Georgian Dream has a well-tested strategy when it replicates hatred and people find it difficult to choose between opposition parties amid polarization.
