Georgian khachapuri offered on menu of popular Argentinian restaurant chain

Almacén de Pizzas, one of the most popular restaurant chains in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is offering Georgian cheese-filled bread, khachapuri, on its menu, the Embassy of Georgia in Argentina reports.

 

The restaurant chain will offer three varieties of khachapuri which come from Georgia’s Adjara region and is called Adjarian khachapuri. This is the open-faced version of khachapuri topped with butter and a raw egg on top.

 

Almacén de Pizzas will serve Adjarian khachapuri with four different cheese varieties.

 

The guests of Almacén de Pizzas will be able to taste Georgian khachapuri for 499 peso (about $12).
