If they appeal to us we will refuse again, - said Shalva Papuashvili, member of Georgian Dream, when asked by reporters whether the majority would terminate the opposition's mandates if they appealed to parliament again.
"Our response to the termination of mandates is known, we announced it back then too. If they appeal to us again and we will refuse again - this is our decision", - Papuashvili said.
Asked what was the argument for not terminating the mandates, Papuashvili said that "the argument is that it is up to the will of each MP to press the button or not."
For reference, the opposition says that they may appeal to the parliament again with a request to terminate the mandates.
