Amiran Gamkrelidze: Cases related to the Mestia municipality, Kobuleti, Kazbegi and Gardabani need attention

According to the Head of the National Center for Disease Control, Amiran Gamkrelidze, cases related to the Mestia municipality, Kobuleti, Kazbegi and Gardabani need to be paid attention throughout the country.

 

As he said after the meeting of the Interagency Coordination Council, 466 people voluntarily tested in the Black Sea area, but no coronavirus has been detected in any of them.

 

"The pandemic continues, concerns are about the same around the world. The situation is still tense in our region, in our neighbors; the number of daily cases is several thousand in Russia and Turkey, while more than hundred cases are reported daily in Armenia and Azerbaijan”, Gamkrelidze said.
