The Parliament of Georgia has partially removed the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic. From today, journalists have resumed work in the building of the legislative body, but in full compliance with the recommendations against the spread of the new coronavirus.
Journalists undergo thermos screening when entering the building and they are obliged to wear face masks and observe the social distancing rules in the building.
Hand disinfectants are installed at various points in the building. Disinfection works are also carried out periodically in the building. At the same time, the distance recommended by the Ministry of Health and the National Center for Disease Control should be kept when communicating with respondents. There will be special spaces allocated in the parliament building for recording interviews.
The restrictions will be kept in place on the presence of media representatives at the committee meetings.
