Replacing old micro-buses in Tbilisi

“For me, as for the Mayor of the capital, it is unacceptable seeing micro-buses in this condition”, Kakha Kaladze stated.

 

"Research shows that micro-buses are essential for our population. However, the micro-buses have certain problems. We should not be surprised that population is complaining about the quality of this traffic. There is a severe situation in terms of exhaust. I would like to assign the Deputy mayor to begin active communications with private companies who own the micro-buses. They will be given 2 weeks to submit a plan for the year 2020 to start the process of replacing buses", Kaladze said.
