As she mentioned, one of the main issues that the Venice Commission discussed at the meeting with them was electoral reform.

 

"3 out of 9 reservations issued by the European Commission specifically mention the Venice Commission and the importance of its recommendations. The conclusions of the Venice Commission are directly related to the quality of the elections. Therefore, I repeat, one recommendation that Ivanishvili will have to fulfill is free, fair elections that reflect the will of the Georgian people.
