Volodymyr Zelensky: Russia has hurt Moldova, tried to break and divide Georgia, destabilized other parts of the Caucasus, is strangling Belarus and trying to tear parts off the body of Ukraine - all states that have experienced Russian intervention or invasion must be in a special unity

By starting wars and by freezing wars, Russia has been trying to maintain control over neighboring countries for decades, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said at the summit of the European Political Community in the city of Granada.

According to Zelensky, all countries against which Russia acts and all states that have experienced Russian intervention or invasion must be in a special unity.

"By starting wars and by freezing wars, Russia has been trying to maintain control over neighboring countries for decades. Russia has hurt Moldova, tried to break and divide Georgia, destabilized other parts of the Caucasus, is strangling Belarus and trying to tear parts off the body of Ukraine.

All the countries against which Russia acts in one way or another, all the states that have experienced Russian intervention or invasion - we must all remain in special unity, together in special cooperation and special relations with everyone else in the European Union.

We all need a format, a format of support to the countries whose lives Russia has already tried to destroy, so that the ruins caused by Russia never spread elsewhere," said Zelensky.
