He appealed to the members of the board of the National Bank and called for the annulment of Turnava's decision.

"The decision of the National Bank is anti-state and criminal. This decision of the National Bank is an expression of unprecedented illegality, and this regulation is equal in scope to the adoption of the Russian law on Agents. This proves once again that state institutions no longer exist and the state has been captured. Imposing beneficial changes to Ivanishvili's clan will cause irreparable damage to the banking system, which will cause irreparable damage to every citizen of the country. Financial isolation will follow, Georgian banks, international transfers, citizens' deposits, pension and salary systems will face problems. Therefore, National ­­Movement demands that the Board of the National Bank meet and cancel Natia Turnava's arbitrary decision. Reversal of the Turnava decision by the National Bank Board is a mechanism, it is possible through public pressure and our efforts to make the Georgian Dream retreat and cancel the Turnava order. There are different ways to take advantage of the mechanism, this is the consolidation of the society, understanding the danger the country is under, because the banking system is the pillar of the statehood of this country, and if it is broken, the banking sector and the country will be in international financial isolation, this will affect every citizen, we must consolidate and force a cancellation. The rally is a means and a mechanism to force Georgia­n Dream to cancel this decision, just as we forced the cancellation of the Russian law on agents, this decision in its content is the same as Russian legislation on agents, because Otar Partskhaladze and the Russian-Georgian oligarchs have created greenhouse conditions to hide from international sanctions," Bezhashvili said.
