He controls the Ministry of Finance, the Revenue Service and the Customs Department through Vladimer Khundadze, who is the deputy head of the same service, however, in fact, he manages absolutely everything in this department. At the Ministry of Finance, he ensures smooth transportation of sanctioned cargo and directly controls customs. Soso Ramishvili, Head of the Financial Police, is under his direct influence, who at the same time worked in SUS, in the railways and is a person with close ties with Ucha Mamatsashvili. Everyone should know that apart from the fact that Partskhaladze is a proven spy, Bidzina Ivanishvili's cousin Ucha Mamatsashvili is clearly involved in this espionage activity, and according to our information, he got Russian citizenship with Ucha Mamatsashvili's help. And his main ally in this activity is Ucha Mamatsashvili.
