Gia Lotkipanidze, Georgian by nationality, but non-Georgian with his soul and heart, is trying to stir up the situation in Georgia - he has been exposed for the second time in organizing conspiracies against Georgia, said the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, speaking about the information released by the State Security Service.

According to him, it is shameful that some representatives of the opposition question the information of the Security Service of their own country and cooperate and trust the representative of the special service of a foreign country - Gia Lortkipanidze.

"These are the results of an investigation based on relevant evidence. All of this was partially noticed by the public, it saw what the radical opposition sometimes leads the public to, and this is not the first attempt by them to come to power by destruction and bypassing the elections. Therefore, of course, this is a serious matter. It is important that, on the one hand, the State Security Service warned the public about this, provided information in advance, on the other hand, we have already seen the investigation materials once again on Gia Lortkipanidze, who was exposed for the second time in the organization of conspiracies against Georgia. This person - Georgian by nationality, non-Georgian with his soul and heart, is trying to stir up the situation in Georgia. We know for sure, among them, you remember that even the phone conversations were made public, that Gia Lortkipanidze was the organizer of Mikheil Saakashvili's sneaking into Georgia, whose sole purpose was to disrupt Georgia and bring the situation to bloodshed.

The statements of some representatives of the opposition, who question the information of their country's security service and cooperate and trust the representative of the special service of a foreign country, in this case, Gia Lortkipanidze, are shameful. These people should decide - are they citizens and patriots of Georgia, or are they Georgian politicians cooperating with Ukrainian intelligence," Papuashvili said.

For information, the State Security Service announced that a certain group of persons operating in the territory of Georgia and outside of it is planning to organize destabilization and civil unrest in October-December of this year, the ultimate goal of which is to change the government by violent means.

According to the SSG, one of the authors of the mentioned plan is Giorgi Lortkifanidze, the deputy of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Vano Merabishvili and currently the deputy head of the military intelligence of Ukraine, and persons of Georgian origin under his command, including the former member of the third President's Guard, Mikheil Baturini, and also Mamuka Mamulashvili, a member of Saakashvili's close circle, the commander of the "Georgian Legion" operating in Ukraine.

In addition, according to SSG, the October-December period has been selected as the starting date for the destructive processes, when the European Commission's interim report and the EU's final report should be published.

As for the scenario, according to SSG, several scenarios of the development of events are being considered, which include the arrangement of the so-called "tent city", erecting barricades near central avenues and strategic objects, occupying and barricading government buildings.

In particular, SSG states that it is confirmed that the organizers are considering the implementation of a scenario similar to the "Euromaidan" held in Ukraine in 2014 in Georgia.
