Tbilisi City Court declares Lazare Grigoriadis’ father an administrative offender for petty hooliganism, fines him 800 GEL

The father of Lazare Grigoriadis, Beka Grigoriadis, was declared by Tbilisi City Court an administrative offender for petty hooliganism.

 

Judge Koba Chagunava imposed an administrative fine of 800 GEL on Beka Grigoriadis.

 

According to the judge's explanation, Beka Grigoriadis did not insult a police officer during the performance of official duty, therefore, he was not declared as an offender in the mentioned part, however, due to uttering insulting words on the social network, he was considered an administrative offender in petty hooliganism.

 

As a sign of protest, Beka Grigoriadis has sewed his mouth and one eye shut. Supporters of Beka and Lazare Grigoriadis are gathered near the court.

 

For information, on June 3, Beka Grigoriadis posted an insulting text against a policeman on the social network. Later, he was accused of committing the actions stipulated by Articles 173 and 166 of the Administrative Offences Code.
