She herself adopted the resolution, in which Kezerashvili is the media manager and Bidzina Ivanishvili - the oligarch, and now she is focused on its implementation, - this is how the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Gia Volski echoed MEP Marina Kaljurand’s statement.

In addition, Volski states that there are members in the European Parliament who do not understand the current situation in Georgia.

"She herself adopted the resolution, in which Kezerashvili is the media manager and Bidzina Ivanishvili - the oligarch, and now she is focused on its implementation. She is trying to achieve that nothing will be considered fulfilled unless that resolution is implemented, in which Kezerashvili is the media manager and Bidzina Ivanishvili is the oligarch.

It is clear that there are more than 300 supporters of the resolution, there are people who believe that wrestlers are going to beat Giorgi Vashadze, there are people who don't understand what the situation is," said Volski.

For information, in her statement, European Parliamentarian Marina Kaljurand talks about “superficial and patchy progress” and “lack of sincere willingness, from the part of the parliamentary majority, to involve genuinely the opposition parties and civil society organisations in the decision-makingprocesses”. “We called to suspend the prison sentence of former President Mikheil Saakashvili for the purpose of seeking medical treatment abroad, on humanitarian grounds and as a contribution to reducing the extreme political polarisation, as well as to release imprisoned media owners, such as Mtavari Arkhi channel director Nika Gvaramia”, reads the statement.
