The leader of Lelo Mamuka Khazaradze calls on the citizens to gather for a march with the flags of Georgia and the European Union on May 26 at 15:00.
According to Khazaradze, the world should be shown the choice of the Georgian people. Also, they should say "No to the Russian government."
"The European idea is a national idea!
I call on you to gather on May 26, at 3:00 p.m., in the courtyard of the first building of the university, with the flags of Georgia and the European Union, and organize a march to show the world the choice of the Georgian people. Let's show where is the guarantee of our long-term security, well-being, national independence and freedom of our country. This is our age-old choice of the country, this is the choice of more than 80% of our citizens. We will not give up Georgia to the Russian Empire! Georgia will not become a Russian province! Let's say no to the Russian government! Let's stand together, fight together for the future of our country, our children! We are waiting for you in the garden of the university, those who think that Europe is the future of our country. Regardless of party affiliation, regardless of differences of opinion, let's show unity on the country's independence day!
A European choice is a national choice!", Khazaradze declares.
