According to the IRI research, if the elections were held this coming Saturday, 19% of respondents would vote for Georgian Dream, 14% - for National Movement.

 

According to a new poll by the International Republican Institute (IRI), when asked "if Parliamentary Elections were held this coming Saturday, for which party, if any, would you vote?", 19% of respondents named Georgia­n Dream, 14% would vote for United Natio­nal Movement, 3% would vote for Giorgi Gakharia's For Georgia, and 3% - Zurab Japaridze's Girchi - Mo­re Freedom.

 

In addition, 2%-2% of the respondents named: Labor Party, Lelo, Girchi, Strategy Builder, Ana Dolidze's For People, Citizens. 1% of respondents said they would vote for Conservative Movement - Alt-Info, 1% - Elene Khoshtaria's Droa, 1% - Giga Bokeria's European Georgia, 1% - Alliance of Patriots of Georgia, 1% - People's Power, 1% - another party, 5% of respondents said that they will not vote for anyone, 20% said that they do not know who they would vote for.

 

For information, this survey was conducted on behalf of IRI’s Center for Insights in Survey Research by Dr. Rasa Alisauskiene of the public and market research company Baltic Surveys/The Gallup Organization between March 4 and March 23, 2023. The fieldwork was conducted by the Institute of Polling and Marketing. Data was collected through face-to-face interviews in respondents’ homes. The sample consists of 1,500 Georgians aged 18+ and eligible to vote. The data was weighted for age, gender, region, and settlement size. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.5 percentage points and the response rate was 63 per cent.
