The convicted criminals - Kezerashvili, Adeishvili and their brothers, should not be allowed to travel freely in our friendly countries, they should not enjoy their protection and should not be appointed to positions, but should be subject to the extradition of criminals, - the MP of the parliamentary majority, Davit Matikashvili, said at the plenary session of the Parliament.

According to him, the robbery of the Ministry of Defense of a friendly country [Georgia] and the trampling of the rights of the citizens of the same country should be a sufficient reason for the extradition of the criminals.

"It is clearly written in the constitution that if the court proves a crime, the criminal must be held accountable. Considering all this, we can focus on one simple truth. The convicted criminals - Kezerashvili, Adeishvili and their brothers, should not be allowed to travel freely in our friendly countries, they should not enjoy their protection and should not be appointed to positions, but should be subject to the extradition of criminals. The legal demand of Georgia should be responded in a legal and fair manner in terms of handing over the criminals," Matikashvili said.
