We will continue to perform our duty in relation to the former president, which involves supervision of his rights, including with the active participation of the medical council, said Public Defender Levan Ioseliani.

 

According to him, the conclusion prepared by the council is attached to the lawsuit filed in Strasbourg.

 

"You know that I visited Mikheil Saakashvili, then the medical council made a visit, after which it published its conclusion. This conclusion was attached to their lawsuit in the Strasbourg court. I can't tell you what the court will decide, we are fulfilling our duty in relation to the former president, we will continue to fulfill it, which involves supervision of his rights, including with the active participation of the council," Ioseliani said.
