National Movement Chairman Levan Khabeishvili calls on the public to gather on Rustaveli Avenue on April 9.

As Khabeishvili said at the briefing, the rally should show the whole world that "Georgia cannot be Russified".

According to him, the authorities will be given time until April 9 to show the public that "they are beginning to implement all recommendations under compulsion".

"After the adoption of the Russian law, the brutal crackdown, and after the Georgian people won over the Russian oligarch and destroyed the myth of his invincibility, the members of the "Russian Dream" became active on TV shows. Irakli Gharibashvili cursed MEPs. In fact, they sent a "message" to the Kremlin that they retreated tactically, but nothing special has happened - they are not going to implement the recommendations. Today we heard the violent statements by Irakli Kobakhidze, who was hysterical. They talked about repression, they called young people, who were defending their European future, Satanists. Therefore, it is important to take specific action. In the meantime, let's not forget that the issue of Georgia was discussed in Strasbourg. One of the main topics was the issue of Putin's prisoners - President Saakashvili. Parallel to these events in Strasbourg, on the instructions of Irakli Kobakhidze and Bidzina Ivanishvili, their gangs, the Russian so-called Alt-info, which is actually Georgian Dream, burned the flag of the European Union.

We suggest that we gather on Rustaveli Avenue on April 9 at 17:00 and we are giving time to the "Russian Dream" until April 9 to actually start working on getting the EU status, which involves the implementation of 12 recommendations", said Levan Khabeishvili.
