In 6 months of last year - in the period from April 20 to October 20, 1720 citizens of foreign countries registered 1956 plots of non-agricultural land in their ownership in Georgia. The most of plots of land - 950 - were registered in the ownership of 874 citizens of Russia.
As for the citizens of other countries, according to the data provided by the Ministry of Justice to IPN based on the request of public information, 73 citizens of Germany registered 84 plots of land in Georgia during the mentioned period; 63 citizens of Azerbaijan registered 57 plots of land; 69 citizens of Armenia - 88; 47 citizens of Saudi Arabia - 66; 66 citizens of Israel - 65; 61 citizens of Iran - 67; 34 Egyptian citizens - 72; 44 US citizens - 58; 46 citizens of Ukraine - 54; 42 citizens of Greece - 47; 27 citizens of Kazakhstan - 24; 16 Kuwaiti citizens - 17; 16 Canadian citizens - 20.
