According to National Movement deputy Khatia Dekanoidze, the authorities "came up with a very simple and cunning trick" by rescheduling consideration of the draft law on agents today.

 

Dekanoidze called on the society to unite and protest the bill.

 

"They came up with a very simple and cunning trick. They didn't even announce a break in order for us not to have a chance to call all the deputies who left the building to return. Therefore, the unity of Georgian society is very important today. For all those who have raised their voices against this Russian law these days, it is now very important to continue this fight with joint forces. We will be here doing our best to prevent this bill from being passed, but together, like never before, there is strength in unity. We are waiting for you all because it is very important, they should not be able to do this," said Dekanoidze.
