We are mostly in silent obedience, that is, in fact, we are also serving the sentence with him, the director of Vivamed clinic Nino Nadiradze said during the process related to the postponement of the sentence for the former president Mikheil Saakashvili.

According to her, the primary diagnosis of Mikheil Saakashvili is being in a penitentiary, because he cannot put up with the environment.

"There is constant talk about the intensive care unit. When there was a trial, he was asking to be transferred to intensive care. It was explained to him that yes - although he does not have intensive care parameters, but if he insists so, he is a VIP patient, and we could avoid blows and curses, we are mostly in silent obedience, that is, in fact, we are also serving the sentence with him. When we explained to him that the lawyer cannot enter there, the mother cannot enter, the visitor cannot enter and there is a tough picture, he suddenly changed his mind. How can I say, for a patient who doesn't need intensive care to be in the intensive care unit is psychologically devastating. I am very careful about his psyche, I still state today and I still believe that the primary diagnosis for him is being in the penitentiary system - he cannot put up with that environment, he cannot," said Nino Nadiradze.
