Shalva Khachapuridze: I appeal to judge Giorgi Arevadze to schedule the sessions on a daily basis, because Mikheil Saakashvili already had the 6th episode of loss of consciousness

The lawyer of the third president of Georgia, Shalva Khachapuridze, urges the judge of the Tbilisi City Court, Giorgi Arevadze, to schedule the sessions every day, because "Mikheil Saakashvili already had the 6th episode of loss of consciousness".

 

Today, Khachapuridze is planning to request the medical history of the ex-president from the Vivamed clinic.

 

"I categorically demand that the court proceedings be speeded up, and we had a conversation yesterday, and today we will meet with the lawyers. Time is running out. Now I will see his health condition.

 

Yesterday, as you know, he passed out. I will request the history of the illness, records, we will send it to the American and Georgian experts and we will find out what event we were dealing with. It was already the 6th episode of loss of consciousness. We appeal to the judge to postpone his cases or ask the chairpersons of the court to reassign them to other judges and so that he can focus only on this case. This is the mechanism here, as for abroad, there is the Strasbourg court," said Khachapuridze.
