According to the information of the United Georgian Airports, flights to 5 new destinations will start from Kutaisi International Airport in June.
According to the agency, these destinations are Brussels, Madrid, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Poznan.
"We, as the operating company of Kutaisi International Airport, have successfully concluded negotiations with a strategic partner, as a result of which WizzAir will bring back its third aircraft based at Kutaisi International Airport from June 2023 and will start performing direct regular flights to 5 new destinations in Europe. In addition to new destinations, the third WizzAir aircraft has an opportunity to increase flight frequencies to the existing destinations and create additional jobs.
Direct regular flights from Kutaisi International Airport to all 5 directions will be performed twice per week, and the frequency of Paris, Milan, Prague and Memmingen flights will be increased", reads the statement.
