We condemn Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko's so-called visit to Abkhazia as an extremely wrong and unfriendly, The public movement People's Power publishes a statement regarding Lukashenko's arrival to occupied Abkhazia.

 

According to former deputies of Georgian Dream, they express hope that the Belarusian authorities will not cross the final red line in the relations between the two states and there won't be any recognition of the so-called independence of Abkhazia.

 

"Our goal is to restore brotherly coexistence with Abkhazians, one of the necessary conditions of which is not to allow another armed conflict between Georgians and Abkhazians.

 

It is in a peaceful way that the future brotherly coexistence of Georgians and Abkhazians in the united Georgian state should be ensured.

 

No provocation, no matter where it originates from, can divert us from this approach and goal," the statement reads.
