The President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili met with the Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri.

 

The information is disseminated by the Administration of the President of Georgia.

 

According to the press service of the President, the challenges facing the country were discussed at the meeting.

 

According to them, the President welcomed the dissemination of information by the Ministry regarding the entry of citizens from Russia to Georgia.

 

"During the meeting, the President received complete information about the issue and noted that it is important for the public to know comprehensive information about the issue that concerns them. However, it is also important for the Government to use all the mechanisms, including the format of the National Security Council, so that there are no more questions on the issue in the public, and for them to feel that the risks are taken into account and all levers are used," reads the statement of the Administration of the President of Georgia.
