The Armenian government has officially appealed to Russia, the UN Security Council and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) regarding Azerbaijan's aggression against the territory of Armenia, local media reports based on the Armenian Prime Minister's Office.
According to their reports, the government of Armenia made a decision at the meeting of the Security Council to appeal to Russia for the implementation of a bilateral agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance, as well as to the UN Security Council and the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
