One of Georgia’s most popular channels, TV Pirveli, is under cyberattack, the channel has announced.
The statement published by the TV company reads that the cyberattack took place this morning and caused the “complete paralysis of the channel”.
"This morning a cyberattack took place on the central server of the channel, causing complete paralysis of the channel, making it impossible to fully broadcast the channel”, read the statement.
TV Pirveli’s broadcast was still suspended as of the time of publication.
