There are no 4 independent MPs, one wing of Georgian Dream has come out and criticizes the US Embassy in agreement with the leadership of the Dream, this is how the deputy of Girchi party, Iago Khvichia, assessed today's statement of the former Georgia­n Dream MPs.

"I look at this situation from the future perspective, from the perspective of 5-10 years, and it seems very funny to me that I make so many comments about the departed MPs, as to what they think about the US embassy, when in reality we know the whole context. There are no 4 independent MPs, one wing of Georgia­n Dream has come out and criticizes the US Embassy in agreement with the leadership of Georgia­n Dream, it is not possible to make a serious comment on this, as on the statement of 4 MPs. We already talk a lot about the anti-Western course of Georgia­n Dream and this is one of its continuations," Khvichia said.

For information, the former deputies of Georgia­n Dream issued another statement. According to them, the American Embassy submitted a written document to the Parliament of Georgia a couple of days ago on judicial reform, which additionally supports their conclusion that all the efforts of the Embassy are aimed at weakening state institutions and strengthening the radical opposition.

In addition, it is noted that the document delivered by the Embassy to the Parliament of Georgia contains a number of problematic and absurd instructions.
