In the 12th establishment, I received a threat from Bidzina Ivanishvili that if I did not stop and did not give the desired testimony, I and my family would be destroyed, the former deputy head of the State Security Service, Soso Gogashvili, writes on the social network.
Gogashvili appeals to the Public Defender, politicians and non-governmental organizations to protect his family.
“A kind philanthropist, right…? In the 12th establishment, I received a threat from Bidzina Ivanishvili that if I did not stop and did not give the desired testimony, I and my family would be destroyed. I may hear one day that my family members die of CO, fire, or a car accident. In the best case, my family members and people close to me will be arrested. I hold Bidzina Ivanishvili and his family responsible for the illegalities committed against my family and relatives. I, along with my family, will continue to fight for justice and I will continue the whistleblowing campaign.
I appeal to the Public Defender, politicians, regardless of their position, NGOs, human rights defenders, the diplomatic corps and the media - to protect my innocent family.
I also appeal to my relatives, friends and those who remember kindness from me to physically protect my innocent family," Gogashvili wrote.
