This is a completely absurd question and the dream of the people who were making some plans in Bakuriani. You know that these plans will be disclosed on June 24, at the rally. This is their dream, which will never come true, Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of the Georgian Dream, said when asked by a journalist about the possible resignation of Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili.

 

"Why [should Irakli Gharibashvili resign], for Georgia being in the first place in the Trio by all parameters?" Kobakhidze said.

 

He noted that the opposition does not think about fulfilling the first point of the European Commission recommendation, that is de-polarization.

 

“Instead of thinking about fulfilling this first recommendation, they are doing the opposite. This is their real face. It shows that they are the ones who do not want Europe," Kobakhidze said.
