Ok, then behave also in a European way to conduct policy making, MEP Michael Gahler responds to the Chairwoman of the European Integration Committee of the Georgian Parliament, Maka Bochorishvili, who writes on Facebook that Georgia will submit an application for EU membership.

 

"Ok, then behave also in a European way to conduct policy making - and this message is directed to all relevant stakeholders...." wrote Gahler in the comment section of a Facebook post.

 

Irakli Kobakhidze, the chairman of the Georgian Dream, said yesterday that Georgia was preparing an application for EU candidate status, which will be officially submitted to the EU structures on March 3.
