Rada MP: Georgians, brothers, will you tolerate it or explain to Gharibashvili what he should do?

25.02.22 17:00

Georgia has not backed Western sanctions against Russia. What, did you get Stockholm Syndrome? - the Ukrainian Rada MP Oleksiy Honcharenko responded to the statement of the Prime Minister of Georgia that joining the sanctions will harm Georgia.

According to the Rada MP, the most surprising thing was the statement of the Georgian Prime Minister that he could not visit Ukraine as a sign of solidarity, "because the sky over Ukraine is closed."

"Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili says imposing sanctions will do much more harm to his country. He is not even going to convene an extraordinary sitting of the parliament. But most surprising is the answer to a simple question: whether Gharibashvili is going to visit Kyiv as a sign of solidarity. The Prime Minister says that now the sky over Ukraine is closed.

It's ok Irakli, when the war is over and passenger planes fly over us instead of military planes, you may not bother to go anywhere.

Georgians, brothers, how do you like it? Did you forget how the President of Ukraine arrived in Tbilisi when tanks were heading to Tbilisi in 2008? Will you tolerate this or explain to Gharibashvili what he should do?" Honcharenko said.
