Interviews with the candidates for the chairmanship and membership of the Central Election Commission start today.
Interviews with the candidates will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be broadcast live on the Public Broadcaster's website.
According to the Presidential Administration, there are 4 candidates for the CEC chairmanship and 7 candidates for the CEC membership.
In particular, Tamaz Poladashvili, Tengiz Tevzadze, Giorgi Shaishmelashvili and Giorgi Kalandarishvili want to chair the CEC. The candidates for CEC membership are: Kristine Kajaia; Levan Isakadze; Tsiala Shavadze; Rusudan Mumladze-Avaliani; Mamuka Kholegashvili; Maia Zaridze and Gia Tsatsashvili.
