1-10 January declared holiday

The period from January 1 to January 10 is declared a holiday, - the relevant decision was made by the Coordinating Council.

 

The decision of the council will apply to public institutions, while the private sector, according to the government, can make the decision themselves.

 

"Holidays in schools will be from December 29 to January 17. In addition, the council decided to declare the period from January 1 to January 10 as a holiday. This applies to public institutions, and the private sector can make its own decision and declare this period a holiday," said Giorgi Ghibradze, Chief of the Operational Staff at the Interagency Coordination Council, at a press conference after the meeting.
