According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, the unlimited season ticket system for public transport will come into force on February 1. As he noted at today's meeting of the Tbilisi government, the sale of season tickets at the Metro stations and also at the express branches of the Bank of Georgia will start on January 5.

 

As Kaladze announced, 90-minute card for public transport will cost 1 GEL, 1-day card - 3 GEL, 1-week - 20 GEL, 1-month - 40 GEL, 3-month - 100 GEL, 6-month - 150 GEL, and annual - 250 GEL.

 

"All this will be introduced from February 1 and will come into force, however, until February 1, subway, minibus and bus passengers will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets. From January 5, season tickets will be sold at the Metro stations and also at the express branches of the Bank of Georgia," Kaladze said.
