Was not Kobakhidze a specialist in constitutional law when he was signing the Michel agreement?! - What has changed since April, has he acquired such a qualification that today he allows himself to criticize the US ambassador’s competence in the field of constitutional law? - opposition MP Salome Samadashvili asked journalists when commenting on Irakli Kobakhidze’s statement.
As she noted, the Georgian Dream is becoming comical in the eyes of Western partners.
"When Western partners make statements against the Georgian Dream's agenda, Georgian Dream officials say that Georgia is a sovereign country and they have no right to issue instructions. Was not Kobakhidze a specialist in constitutional law when he was signing the Michel agreement?! - What has changed since April, has he acquired such a qualification that today he allows himself to criticize the US ambassador’s competence in the field of constitutional law? Why did they sing an agreement that was later declared unconstitutional by Kobakhidze? The Georgian Dream and Irakli Kobakhidze are becoming comical every day, including in the eyes of our Western partners, and the sooner they change their attitude towards their commitments, the better for their interests. It is in their interest today to adopt the constitutional amendment we have agreed on", - said Samadashvili.
