51,757 citizens over the age of 60 vaccinated after the launch of the 200 GEL incentive program

After the launch of the government incentive program, 51,757 citizens over the age of 60 were vaccinated with the coronavirus vaccine.

 

According to Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Disease Control, the incentive program significantly increased participation in the immunization program of citizens over 60 years of age.

 

For the record, according to the government's incentive program, a one-time supplement of GEL 200 will be given to any person aged 60 and over who will be vaccinated by December 31. The cash supplement will be issued after the first vaccination.
