Did you forget in whose hands we were, what kind of dictatorial regime reigned in the country?! How can these people talk about the shadow cabinet - this is not serious - Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili told reporters in response to a regarding the presentation of the shadow cabinet by Nika Melia.
At the same time, as the Prime Minister noted, Nika Melia has a "guaranteed loss" in Tbilisi.
"It reminds me of the horrible, tragic days in the history of our country, when we had unfortunate tragic days during the August war, when our poor people were forced to go to Rustaveli and shout "Misha, Misha" and when they held a concert. These people are the National Movement. Did you forget in whose hands we were, what kind of dictatorial regime reigned in the country?! How can these people talk about the shadow cabinet - this is not serious. Melia has a guaranteed loss. It is a crime, it is shameful that such criminals still remain in politics today. It is a theater. They persuade themselves. Just like Saakashvili convinced himself that he would come here and the population would have applauded him. He had illusions that he would not find himself where he is now. Melia and others are in similar illusions now,” Irakli Gharibashvili said.
